1General Terms & Conditions

By using the jeezbuzz website and app, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between jeezbuzz and all its users.

Jeezbuzz is an internationally licensed online betting platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and that online betting is permitted in your jurisdiction.

In this document, "we", "us", or "jeezbuzz" refers to the company operating the jeezbuzz platform. "You" or "member" refers to a registered user of the platform.

2Account Registration & Management

To create an account on jeezbuzz, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. jeezbuzz reserves the right to suspend any account found to contain false or misleading information.

Key Account Rules:

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and the funds may be forfeited.
• Your account details — including name, address, and payment method — must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Never share them with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.
• Keep your account email and mobile number up to date so you never miss important notifications.

3Age & Identity Verification

Jeezbuzz strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. Identity verification (KYC) is required at registration and prior to withdrawal.

Documents required for KYC verification:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Screenshot of payment method verification (bKash / Nagad / Bank).

Failure to submit or refusal to provide KYC documents may result in a hold on withdrawals. jeezbuzz allows up to 72 hours to complete the verification process. Account functionality will be limited during this period.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Jeezbuzz supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are processed instantly and withdrawals are completed within 1–48 hours.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — see the Payments page for details.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made by third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Any winnings derived from bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Jeezbuzz reserves the right to review any withdrawal request it deems suspicious.

5Betting Rules

It is your responsibility to read the specific rules for the relevant sport before placing any bets on jeezbuzz. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jeezbuzz reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Match-fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit opposing outcomes on the same event will result in those bets being voided.

Jeezbuzz reserves the right to verify the validity of any bet and cancel it if necessary. In all disputes, the decision of jeezbuzz shall be final.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jeezbuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that must be fulfilled.

General Bonus Rules:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement for each bonus (typically 5x–30x) has been met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must generally meet a minimum odds requirement of 1.5 or higher.
• Bonus abuse or breach of terms will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Jeezbuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeezbuzz. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members.
• Placing bets using insider information or knowledge of match-fixing.

8Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Jeezbuzz reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If KYC verification fails or required documents are not submitted.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any available balance before requesting closure.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Jeezbuzz believes betting is entertainment — not an addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily lock your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
